The Deliver or Refund promotion applies to eligible UK orders received by Senda on or before 30 September.
If we do not deliver an eligible order to the customer's registered doorstep within 14 calendar days of receiving the order items, Senda will issue a full refund of the shipping fee paid for that order.
The refund covers shipping fees only and does not include the cost of purchased items, customs charges, or other third-party fees. The 14-day period may be adjusted where a delay is caused by inaccurate address details, customer-requested changes, force majeure, or customs and regulatory holds.
